Taylor Mercado Owen (he/him) is a native Texan, recently relocated to Chicago and is a proud member of The ACADEMY at Black Box Acting. Recent credits include 30 in 60: The Student Show (The Neo-Futurists), Luchadora! (Cara Mía Theatre), REQUIEM: a haunted experience (Arts Mission Oak Cliff), The Drowsy Chaperone (The Firehouse Theatre), & Cooties (Uptown Players/Flexible Grey Theatre Co.). Taylor holds a BA from the University of North Texas. He would like to thank his friends & family for all their support and sends all his love to his fellow ACADEMY ensemble members!
