Apoorva Gundeti (she/her/hers) is a long-time Chicago resident and thrilled to be a member of The ACADEMY. Recent self-produced credits include Boom! Ghosted and Americinsanity (The Second City), and upcoming web series, Stuck In Reality. Some favorite roles from her training at Black Box include Sam in Sam & Lizzie, Nicole in Marriage Story, and Devi in Never Have I Ever. Apoorva holds a film studies degree from the University of Chicago and is a current student of the Second City Conservatory. She is grateful for the support of her family, teachers, and incredible ACADEMY ensemble. Apoorva is currently represented by Grossman & Jack.
In addition to calling Chicago home, Apoorva is able to work as a local hire in Los Angeles and New York.
